Mars
First of all, this is an work in progress type of thing. I'd like to create a map of mars that shows it's surface features, labels and the most tricky part: developing an altitude color range, similar to Earth's (deep blue - green - grey/red - white) but avoiding blue and green - since these colors do not exist on Mars.
